Express check-out

For express check-out, leave your room and drop your keys in the black box marked “Express Checkout”, near the parking-side exit.

Your invoice

Your invoice is placed on the counter by your door before 11:30 p.m. on the evening before departure.

Arrival, departure & luggage

Please note that check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Any requests for a late check-out must be submitted in advance and approved by the reception. Your luggage can be stored at the front desk free of charge.

Non-smoking hotel

Le Saint-Germain is a non-smoking hotel. A fee of $200 will be charged to your account for any violation of this policy.

Complimentary parking

Hotel parking is free at all times. Simply use the hotel keychain or the four-digit code provided at check-in.

Ice

If you need an ice bucket, please visit the reception. You can collect ice in the room located next to the reception area.

Vending machine

A vending machine is available at the reception, offering snacks, nuts, chips, and essential items. It is accessible at all times to satisfy your cravings or quick needs. Please note that it operates with coins.

Laundry

A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. The machines are located on the 2nd floor at the beginning of the hallway, behind the folding doors. To use them, you’ll need $1 coins.

Enjoy our wine bar and indulge in a refined selection of privately imported wines in an elegant and inviting atmosphere perfect for your moments of relaxation. To access it, please stop by the reception; a member of our team will provide you with an access card.

High-speed Wi-Fi

We offer high-speed wireless internet access in all rooms. The password to connect is “sgnetwork”.

Long stays

We offer special packages for long stays. You may be eligible for these offers when staying 5 nights or more. We’ll be happy to provide you with more information.

All guests must present valid identification and pay for their room with a credit or debit card.
